Returns & Exchanges

We think you’ll love your Mood hat. But if it’s not the right fit for you, we’re happy to help.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition, including patches and packaging

How It Works
Email us at Customerservice@moodhat.com with your order number to start a return or exchange.
Once we receive your item, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items
Personalized patches, sale items, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
