Is the first patch included?
Yes! Every hat includes one patch of your choice. Additional patches can be purchased separately.
How do the patches attach?
Our patches attach using Velcro, making them secure, easy to apply, and easy to swap. No tools required.
Will the patches stay on?
Yes. The Velcro is embroidered onto the hat and sewn onto each patch, making it very secure. It’s designed to stay in place during everyday wear while still allowing you to easily remove and change patches whenever you want.
Are the hats adjustable?
Yes. Our hats are designed for a comfortable, everyday fit and include an adjustable closure to fit most head sizes.
Can I buy patches without purchasing a hat?
Yes! Patches are sold individually so you can build your collection over time.
Are patches interchangeable across all hats?
Yes. All Mood patches are designed to be compatible across our hat styles.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.
What is your return policy?
Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Personalized patches and sale items are final sale.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you. Please contact us at customerservice@moodhat.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
How do I care for my hat?
Spot clean only. We recommend removing the Velcro patch before cleaning to help maintain its shape and longevity.

Yes! We regularly release new patches and collections. Join our email list for early access and exclusive drops.
